My 11 year old Daughter is selling Worlds Finest Chocolates to raise money for her school Choir Musical “The Little Mermaid Jr” & dealerships are typically really good places to take her. They did an excellent job fixing the absolute nightmare of a clusterfuck that RoadLoans/Santander had made with my financing and got me a MUCH better(more than 10% less APR) financing deal from their in house lenders. CarMax, I used to tell everyone I knew what great experiences we have had buying from you. Not any more! Today I lost all trust in CarMax. We test drove a Black Ford Explorer Sport. During the test drive the sales guy had the radio blaring. Once I turned the radio down you could hear the serious issues with the car. I wanted to give the sales guy the benefit of the doubt on the radio, that was until we got back and he asked what I thought.
