10 workers sitting around doing nothing but drink coffee and sit on their phones while the lobby stacks up. Ridiculous customer service
It was great! I did an online offer, fully expecting for it to be different when I went into have it appraised, but they gave me the same amount. It was fast, easy and my new car salesman picked me up from the store to buy my new one. Carmax gave me $5,300 more than the dealership would for trading it in. I highly recommend Carmax.
