BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION! I purchased a 2015 Lexus gs350 in December and still within the 3month/4k mile warranty period. When I took it to get inspected by my mechanic an oil leak was found. I took it to get checked at CarMax canoga park and they wiped the area! They denied it of course and tried to play it off as seepage which they don’t cover. Lawrence the service manager was rude. Another day, another rip off over priced car dealership
Keesh our sales associate was VERY professional and communicative within the process of all the steps we needed to take in order to secure my very much dream car as a mom of 5. She treated me and my husband like FAMILY! Was honest on her opinions on select vehicles. With all that, on this second day with my new vehicle, I'm still so happy!
