Was able to get approved with not so good credit and drive off same day in a great vehicle
Absolutely the WORST customer service of any CarMax I’ve done business with. Whoever your sales manager was on duty last evening 10/21 should be reprimanded for his disgusting attitude. I reserved a car, called to verify all was good with the car and financing being I was coming from out of state, was givin the green light and had booked a plane ticket there.
