I would say if you can go somewhere and get a new car no miles do that and skip car max I’ve bought two cars from them and it’s been the worst experience with maintenance on these cars every day something breaks I would not recommend buying from Carnax it’s better alternatives I wish I had knew before purchasing
Will never EVER in my life do business with carmax again. I sold my 2024 Toyota Corolla to this location almost 2 months ago!! And they still haven’t paid off my loan and keep giving me the run around about it!!
Great experience! They care well and help you find a good deal.
The one who helped me is named Mari. she was really helpful and nice enough to answer all the questions I had. She really made my experience smooth and easy, especially since I was nervous being a first time car owner! Definitely recommend working with her.
