I was working with Reanne and even though I unfortunately wasn’t able to walk away with the car I was hoping to get, it was still an extremely positive car buying experience for me because of Reanne. She went above and beyond and spend many hours to get an approval for us, even though unfortunately they didn’t count most of my veteran benefits income and it significantly dropped my overall salary, that made my down payment go up.
