I got helped by Edward Kalash … he was amazing. Such a king ! He genuinely listened to what I wanted heard my concerns and reassured me with facts ! So kind to my mom too we adored him ! I was waiting to leave a review but I never got the link so I have to give him 5 stars somehow ! Brilliant , kind man he deserves a raise !
Came in to help my Dad find and buy her car. She's been driving the same old car we learn to drive in for years and my brother and I felt like she deserved it so we came in and within 25 minutes we met with a sales person named John who walked us through the process, got the paperwork started and even went the extra mile to ensure we walked out happy. I called to schedule an appointment to get our car serviced. We have the extended warranty. The first representative who took my call was so rude. The call didn't go as I thought it would go. It was extremely upsetting. The representative spoke to me in a dismissive and condescending manner. Rather than explaining things clearly, she made me feel ignorant for asking questions.
