Horrible service
I will never buy from Carmax again. Less than 2 weeks car had to go back for AC repairs. Part replaced 3 days later back for repairs because AC still not working. It’s almost 100 degrees in Florida and I’m sweating in my car with the AC on. I don’t want to hear this is why we have a 90 days warranty. Fix it right the first time. Ridiculous!
They gave an offer that was unbeatable and everything was perfect.
