Carmax was an excellent choice. Initially I got a 22 Tacoma but had issues with it. But carmax 10 day return policy allowed me to return and I ended up finding a 2024 tacoma without issues. The whole experience was great. Tom and Neal the 2 salesmen that assisted me were absolutely great and made the whole process easy and enjoyable! Highly recommend if looking for car, then Carmax must be a stop for you!
They sold my daughter a car that wouldn't start after two weeks. They took no responsibility whatsoever. The worst car buying experience ever. Never buy from this place. They'll scam people to make a sale.

I’m about 10 years late on my review, but I bought my first ever car from here, I sign the paperwork and as I get in to drive off a lot to go home, the car literally doesn’t start That same car had issued after (expensive) issue after the first initial problem, ended up selling it/trading it in elsewhere a year or two after that The employees were really nice though
