I have always had a great experience with CarMax. Tried a dealership recently. It was so shady, we came right back to CarMax the next day. Just picked up our "new" car from CarMax yesterday. We've been using them for the past 8 years and have a great experience every time! Definitely recommend!

It's extremely unfortunate the clear lack of consistency in break down of information at your location. We were looking to sell and possibly buy a new vehicle for the Tolleson location. We went through the appraisal process and were ready to sell the vehicle. During the appraisal my husband was asked who our current loan was through and also asked what was required for the payoff information, we were told to just call, get a 14 day payoff and bring the vehicle and if there was a payoff difference in the appraisal and loan to... read more
We have bought 2 cars from CarMax.....loved the customer service...they make shopping for a car easy & fun...our salesman even went the extra mile and followed us to our house to get the title for the car we traded so that we didn't have to drive it back as my husband wasn't feeling to well that day...
Everyone was super nice, made the process of selling my car to them an absolute pleasure! When I go shopping for a car in the future, this will be the first place I go!
Worst place ever had to jump through so many hoops and still not good enough then the sales manager talked to me like I'm stupid but they are the ones that wouldn't except the paperwork we brought in even though they approved us
