Easy relaxing no presure
The best place I’ve ever been to for car buying. The sales People are always cool. This is the Second time I have purchased a Vehicle there. When I’m ready for my next Car, I will return.
From our initial greeting at the door, to the final paperwork, all questions were answered, with no runaround. Overall it was a very good experience, our salesman was very pleasant with no pressure- found us a high quality vehicle in our budget range...can't ask for more than that!!
$1900.00 in car � a.c. repairs and it still doesn't blow ice cold like it's supposed to. ������ I highly do not recommend CarMax service department. I am so angry � �. I regret going to them for service. I should have went with my first mind, and went to Avondale Nissan. I will never again use CarMax for service repairs again. They had my car for 2 weeks. First was ok but second sucked was lied to front the start and took two weeks for the truck to show up never again will i buy from carmax
I know there are reasons why people buy at carmax but a reliable car isn't one of them!
After selling me a car with gloss conditioning in factory original tires from 2011 (pictures can be provided of tires. They did take care of replacing them. Shortly after, less than a week later, I reach out multiple times via email and phone to have the turbo replaced on my Cruze before the 30 day warranty only to be completely ignored. I don't trust their service techs for inspections and now I am left with journal bearing seals on my Cruze with 63k miles toasted and I will soon have a 12k dollar paperweight.
