All of the people I worked with on the phone, computer and in person were attentive and knowledgeable. I only gave 4 stars due to the detailing of the car which had to be redone after our initial inspection. Their process was pretty flawless and way less pain and pressure than a dealership. If I need another car, Carmax will be first on the list.
