My experience was not enjoyable. The experience was the same as a used car dealer. After several differing explanations, I had to request everything in writing. A $22,000 purchase came to almost $25,000. Never again.

THANK YOU CarMax!!!! I had been in and out of Drive Time only to get continually pushed aside even when I had made appointments. I got fed up and drove down to CarMax and explained my situation. Prices are above market but the environment at Carmax is very friendly and there is never any pressure applied to you. I had a great time working with Trevor. I did not purchase from here, but if I had extra cash and didn't want the hassle of how most dealers work, I would come here.
