I just picked up my RAV4 at this location on Sat. My first two Carmax cars were purchased at Maplewood in MN and I was so impressed with Carmax, I drove 2 hrs to purchase my new car from them here in MI. Their cars are dependable and the purchasing experience is hazzle free. Many of their cars have been fleet, which means they have been well maintained and have relatively low mileage. It was well worth the 4 hrs. Of driving to purchase from them.

I sold my 2023 Kia Sportage to Carmax. Since I had to travel from the metro Detroit area, I opted for the express online option to sell my car. I uploaded pictures through the Carmax link, and those pictures were reviewed. The offer was confirmed online. After scheduling an appointment, I took my car to the Carmax in Kentwood.
