Loved the service Jackie gave us!!! Walked out with a new car!
This new Carmax location is attracting a lot of customers, but the customer service is poor. We went on July 9th. We were welcomed by the front desk receptionist. His knowledge about Carmax was impressive. We already knew we wanted a to purchase a VW that same day. We were immediately told there was no one to help us, and that we needed an appointment.
