My son and I walked into car max they put our name in a computer and said someone would be with us shortly 45 minutes later we walked out no one every helped us. Later that night we bought 2 cars some where else for cash. My grand daughter got a volster and my grandson got honda civic ex. The customer care there was great.
Last year I bought my Toyota Venza at the albubquerque CarMax and it was the best experience in car buying I've ever had. No hassling. Good friendly service. Today I needed to replace the visor that broke and again I'm impressed with how great the service is and now I don't have to drive far. They have a location on the east side of El Paso. If you're looking for a car check out CarMax first.
