Went to Carman's to have 2 front tires changed and waited over an hour from they pulled it in to it was done. I thought it was odd that it took so long, but figured I'd give them the benefit of the doubt. Come to find later that I now have a bent rim, so I call them and they say to bring the car in. The service guy looks at it and tells me that I hit a pot hole, yet there's no scratch in the paint on the wheel, just a dent that looks like it happened when force was applied from the inside out by tire changing equipment.
