I'm excited to call this my future home!!! Megan has made the process so easy, from tour to signing the lease. Due to work hours and not being able to come tour during the week Megan was able to accommodate to a showing on Saturday. She made me feel welcomed, was very professional and answered all my questions.

I requested something be done to take care of the bird issue at my building (same issue of filth for the past 6 years) and was told that it was a tenant issue and the request was closed as completed. Other than this horrible and disgusting issue I have enjoyed living at The Carlyle. The last few years, maintenance wise, it is difficult to get things repaired, but the filth from the birds is a health issue, that is completely ignored by the owner. Attractive huh
The leak was fixed and the new maintenance person seems to be doing well. For the most part living at The Carlyle apartments is great. It’s been months since I turned a maintenance request about an air leak around my patio doors. I had ice forming on the inside doors all winter. They keep marking the requests (more than one having to be requested) as completed yet nothing has been done. I see others maintenance requests are being taken care of and that confuses me.
