This is my 5th year here and you can bet they are going to raise your rent every year but continue to offer less quality. They are taking cable away (an included service in the lease) and have NOT informed anyone. The installation guy (from a weird, cheap Internet company no one has heard of) informed me out of the blue. Almost $1,000 for a 1 bedroom and they keep taking things away and raising rent.
You guys used to have a maintenance guy named Tommy , he was excellent
Megan was wonderful and was very helpful with getting us set up and answering our questions fast!
I'm excited to call this my future home!!! Megan has made the process so easy, from tour to signing the lease. Due to work hours and not being able to come tour during the week Megan was able to accommodate to a showing on Saturday. She made me feel welcomed, was very professional and answered all my questions.
