Great food, but worst service I've seen in a long time. Forgot our appetizer, had to flag her down to her to take my order, didnt check back once food was delivered, empty drinks, just plain out poor service!!
First time eating there and it will not be the last. GREAT food, clean restrooms, cute decor! Love it, love it!
My husband and I just love Carltons! It's my favorite place in Cullman to eat. We always have had excellent service when we visit. I have had several things on the menu and all are delicious! Can't wait until we come again.

Horrible. Too expensive for frozen entrees they obviously heat in microwave. Staff is untrained on proper service techniques for what COULD be a high caliber restaurant. No leadership. Had to give one star but that is one too many.
