We were there at 6 pm on a Friday night, so there was await, but not as long as the 20 minutes we were told. The hostess and our server both were very attentive. I told our server it was our first time there, and she took the time to answer my questions in detail. Our food came out in a timely manner, and it was piping hot! I had to wait for my ravioli to cool down before I could eat it. No complaints on that. Although they were super busy, our glasses were never empty. The food and service were excellent!
Carltons has the best Italian food in North Alabama. Hands down.
Food is good, but don't go thinking closing time is 9:00. They might be closed any time after 8:00. They told us they were closed and then put up closed sign!
RecommendedMy husband and I don't get to Cullman very often but we ate here and loved it! The food was great! We ate at Christmas time and the atmosphere was so warm and inviting! We came back New Years Eve! We are definitely gonna try to get back soon!
RecommendedBeen eating here for years with very good results. Took the family on Monday nite to have good meal. Almost walked out after waiting 10 to 15 minutes for a waitress. At least 6 past our table two or three times. Finally one came and took our order. Our lasagna was cold under melted cheese. We were offered another one that would be ready in 25 minutes. The rest of the family was finished with theirs while half of us Sat and waited. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE. WINT BE BACK.

The service was great, The food was very lacking Lasagna was just lasagna noodles in a marinara sauce that was just a bit above chef boyardee and some melted mozzarella over it.
Very accommodating to host our rehearsal dinner. Food and staff were beyond amazing! Thank you so much!
