Great room for the money .2blks to orange line train . you get what you pay for as they say but for the price you are ahead of the game when staying here .convinent convenient convenient convenient. Been here 3 times now and will be back helpfull staff

Great place to stay at an affordable rate. Staff was very friendly, polite, and over-the-top helpful. Rooms were surprisingly clean and comfortable. The free shuttle to and from Midway is a huge plus. With the orange line stop only 2 blocks away, it makes for easy travel into the city. Would definitely recommend considering a stay here.

We were traveling with our 4 kids and had a layover here in Chicago. Our connecting flight was cancelled and we were referred to the Carlton. A shuttle came to get us from the airport, they drove us to the hotel then dropped us off at a nearby restaurant. We realized our 2 year old was out of diapers and they even drove my husband to a store at 1am to buy some! Thanks staff, you've been a great help!!
I really enjoyed my stay here. Alex was wonderful help, I lost some important documents that she returned to me. Very helpful staff & great breakfast in the morning. I give the Carlton Inn Midway 5 Stars.
Carlton Inn was home base for our mini-vacay to Chicago before I attended a company meeting downtown later in the week. It was perfect for us! Just a few blocks to Orange Line "El". Complimentary continental breakfast was available to start off our day. Room was clean, roomy, had a handy fridge and microwave, and bed was very comfy, even for my husband with a notoriously bad back! Great customer service - everyone was very friendly and helpful. Will definately stay again on our next visit to Chicago. Five stars plus!!!
