RecommendedWow.. so friendly & reasonably priced. I chose this hotel from The description on how they were keeping things safe during COVID-19. Added bonus totally friendly staff and our car started and cooling off with two cold waters waiting for us! Can’t say it was the most comfortable bed or most fabulous room but as park & flys go this is a keeper for sure!!!!
Second stay here and loved it
in the midst of this pandemic,the rooms are very clean and we had absolutely no problem checking in and the staff member explained to us about the breakfast items being packaged,we love that he broke everything down.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. You can't beat the door to door service to Midway.
We stayed there 2 times. The hotel has parking. Free breakfast included.

Must be the mid west but EVERYONE working there couldn’t be more warm,friendly and helpful. And, if you are leaving your furry friends with a pet sitter they even supply 3 dogs for you to love on. I loved Chicago and the Carlton Inn and will stay there again on my next visit. Special thanks to the shuttle man who drove up to my very door to give us a ride. Very 👍
