Great management
Weird, wonderful apartment complex.
Rat infested; we asked to move from a 1bed to a 2bed after 8 months of living with rats that would be periodically poisoned and die in the walls. They gave us less than 24 hours notice to be out of our unit, after originally stating a week, which was a nightmare, but these units go fast because they are cheap. Only half the washers and half the driers work which is really, really irritating. There are never any spare so doing your laundry somewhere on Riverside is advised. I've lived here almost 6 years now and there are many tenants that have lived here longer than me. It's definitely not your typical East Riverside apartment complex. It's quiet, well maintained, and not owned by corporate scumbags.
