I was late for my appointment and they could not have been nicer about it!! Great customer service!!

I came to West Point Dental office because my right lower back molar was hurting so bad I couldn't function. On a scale from 1 to 10 it was about an 8 or 9. I was in a panic because I hadn't slept real well for three days and I was in bad shape. Doctor Christopher Robins took real good care of me and expeditiously, meaning he didn't wait for his assistant to prep me, he just did it himself and removed the tooth. I love Dr. Robins and all of his staff! They are the best dentist office we’ve ever been blessed to know (and we’ve known a few)! They are so kind, personable, professional, a joy to work with and they always go the extra mile! My kids will never go anywhere else!
I have been to many dentists and it's good to go to an office where you see the same dentist each time. Not every dentist is equal when it comes to doing their job, and Dr. Robins does an excellent reliable job soooo much so that I won't be switching until he retires. We are actually scheduling to bring our kids over to be seen by him now. You will not be disappointed with West Point Dental
West Point Dental has always been a great place to go get my teeth cleaned. Even though the dentist is not a place people like to go, they make it as enjoyable as possible. They also have taken all the necessary precautions to keep everyone safe during this time.
