Chad put a roof on for me today and I'm extremely happy with the craftsmanship his crew put into it. They didn't cut any corners and went above and beyond my expectations. The price was $1,500 less than my other 2 bids and I highly recommend Carlton Construction to anyone. Next time I need a roof done he'll be the first one I call.
Chad came back to me quickly with a detailed bid, listing quality materials I expected to see for a roof replacement. I had other bids with less quality or detail, and much higher prices. He and his crew were able to jump on it the next clear day, which was important because we had a leak. They did a great job.
If you want a first rate contractor, call Carlton Construction. They came, they saw, and they fixed. My roof was completed in just one day! Not only does the roof look fabulous, these guys cleaned up and you could not even tell they had been here. There wasn't even a small piece of paper left. The guys were great, the workmanship is A++++++! Thank you for the expert workmanship! I'm spreading the word to everyone.
