I purchased a home in Longview in Sept 2024. I called Carlson's on June 9 upon realizing my a/c was not cooling nor even blowing much air. The previous owner had a service contract with Carlson's that was non-transferable according to Carlson's. I paid almost $650 for a 30 US run capacitor ($309.35) plus $289 for a "trip charge" plus tax. I spoke with another local HVAC company and was told that $650 was very high for what I received and it should've costed around $500 tops. Wish I could give a lower rating. Had problem with technician at 2 separate visits. This recent time I explained what had occurred and he told me it didn't happen. Had Entek out and courteous technician said it was intermittent and probably did work for me. Attitude will make or break a customer relationship. Broke mine.
I recently completed my new Daikin inverter hvac system install. I have used Carlsons for more than 20 years their service has always been above and beyond the call I thank Amy, Andrea, Robert and Dimitri for those years of service. On to my new system the quote was accurate the installation date was accurate and install was completed in superior manor with no interruption in my life.
