The best vet Hospital in Springfield !!!!!!!!!!!
Dr. Carlson is the best. Sometimes the staff seems a little clueless, but as long as Dr. Carlson is attending, I feel more at ease about everything. She's been my vet for a long time so I would always suggest that clinic to anyone who would ask. They've always done me right when the bills get a little high, too.
Beyond impressed with this clinic, I will never go anywhere else again. We finally had to lay to rest one of our rescue dogs, and I was blown away by the compassion and respect. Dr. Carlson seems to actually love animals and cares about their owners as much.
My puppy Dexter was very sick with Parvo. Was told he was doing good and could come home the next day but then passed away overnight. Not happy because no one told me that my sick puppy would be left alone unsupervised for 12 hrs. No animal should be left alone that long, especially a sick one. Never let them tell you that your animal can be left overnight here because it will be unsupervised and with no care. SO SO cruel!
I love bringing my pets here. My cat Layla has so many problems with itchy skin and constantly licks her fur until she has bald patches. Everyone here is wonderful. She gets taken care and I leave knowing she is going to be ok. I refuse to go to anyone else. Why to anywhere second best when you can just go to the best!
In a difficult situation, the entire staff did everything they could to make our visit as comfy and least painful as possible. We thank them all.
