I’ve been taking my cats to Dr Carlson for years, today called at 11am for a very sick stray I feed. I pleaded to be worked in and the receptionist told me no they were busy but would double check and call me back. Meanwhile I called Deerfield Vet and they did see us at 2pm, as a new patient, they worked us in. The cat was febrile with a large abscess on his face. RecommendedThe staff is wonderful!! Whether you are ugly crying for a four legged kid that you have to put down, or two four legged kids that are in for a wellness check and shots. They are extremely friendly, understanding, sympathetic, and just all around caring. I am very picky about who I take my dogs to, and this place has exceeded any expectations I had. I couldn’t have asked for better care for my dogs. Words cannot explain how pleased I am with this place. I will continue to go back to them for many years to come.
Carlson/Springvalley have been taking excellent care of my dog and cats since I got them. I will not go to another vet and the vet technicians are so good with the animals and they know they’re stuff!! Love bringing our fur family here!!
Dr. Carlson and all the staff, doctors and techs show that they care and are with you in the worst of times with our furry loved ones and they make the great times even better! Their compassion is obvious. I've been through a couple vet clinics over the last couple decades in Springfield and feel we've found a home for all our fuzzy kids.
Lately, I have had several friends looking for a veterinary; they know we have had some issues in the past. That is until we found Dr. Liisa.
