We hired the Carlson group, specifically Jett Coffeen, to sell our house. After spending 30 days preparing the house for sale, he backed out of the agreement 3 days before the agreed upon listing date. We were told we would receive the highest level of customer service yet the realtor refused to be present for photographs and did no advanced marketing while the house was being prepped. Needless to say, all sales pitch, no follow through.
Greg is awesome!!! Just closed on my second home with him and he made a stressful process feel like a breeze. He is knowledgeable, honest, and will make sure to understand your priorities and help you close on the home that is the best fit and best deal for you! It is abundantly clear that he cares about integrity and excellence above just getting a paycheck.
