Nope I will not recommend Carlson Family Dentistry! Made in appointment for my son who needs a crown after having a root canal done. The office lady canceled his appointment because I didn’t call her back or leave a message. I gave them all my information when I made the appointment and my sons dentists sent all is info over to them. Now he doesn’t have a crown and still exposed roots! Thanks a bunch Carlson Family Dentistry!

I’m sorry you had a bad experience. One of the challenges we have in the dental business is people forgetting that they have an appointment (especially teenagers). We make every effort to remind our patients of their appointments by text, email and/ or phone. If we don’t get confirmation we have a waiting list of patients who will take that time slot. Dr. Carlson and his staff are all so caring and friendly besides being true professionals. Reasonable prices. Best dental office I have ever been to. I highly recommend them!
My husband and I started going to Dr Carlson a couple of years ago when our dentist sold his practice. We love the team! Excellent, professional and helpful in every way. Very responsive to requests and phone calls. Thank you Dr Carlson, Robin, Laurie, Chanda and Ellen for everything.
I've been going to see Vance and his awesome staff for over 2 years now! The team has great chemistry and have worked together for a long time so you know you will always get expert care. Everyone is extremely friendly and caring. I had a porcelain crown that was improperly attached years ago and kept coming off. Dr. Carlson replaced it with a gold crown and it has never been better! I highly recommend Carlson Family Dentistry for you and your family!
At Dr. Carlson's office it is a team effort! From Lorie and Chanda at the front desk, to Ellen, Robin and Dr. Carlson, you feel part of their family! They have taken care of my for years, and will for many years to come. I look forward to meeting their new edition Maddie too! Robin and Dr. Carlson were amazing to me! Super accommodating, polite and extremely relaxed. They even offered me a blanket and many restroom breaks, making me feel at ease. :) I have severe anxiety with anything involving the dentist, and this has been one of the most relaxing appointments I've had in a very long time.
