Communication by text was great. On-site experience was so-so. Bad first impression of the vehicle as there was food and debris all over the back seat. Wouldnât buy from there.

This dealer is in my eye without leadership, I had some interest in of vehicle on their lot. When I visited at 3:30 on a Friday afternoon I spent 30 minutes walking the lot and looking for a salesperson. In order for me to speak with someone I had to stomp my feet and scream at the top of my lungs and it still took too long for a sales person to show up. Risha and manager was very helpful and friendly even though I didn’t make a purchase very nice truck from Ohio DMV except for the frame.
Ended up closing the deal on a truck from here. More than pleased with the experience.
