Worst dealership experience of my life. Found a car I liked at a good price, only to find out that they add on over $2,300 worth of dealership fees to every purchase. Talked to the salesman about dropping them down to $800, which he agreed to do, so I moved forward. Then the manager sends me an invoice that was $2,000 over the number we had already agreed upon. Carlson was very helpful. Their communication is top notch. I did not end up buying a vehicle from them because the one i wanted sold, but the interactions i had were very pleasant.
