Although they responded promptly to my inquire, they didn't even try to get my business by offering anything off or even trying to offer additional incentive to buy the vehicle. In fact, when I asked them what their bottom line price is for out the door for an out of town, sight unseen buyer like myself, they actually raised the price to include all of the typical add on fees dealers charge. I contacted them about a Yukon they took the time to send me photos. Was very responsive to my request. I decided I wanted to go in a different direction. I called to let them know and they were very professional and stated if what I was looking for came in they would let me know.
I called to inquire about a vehicle from their website. Once I was told it had sold earlier on that same day, I was rather disappointed that the salesperson didn't offer any further assistance in helping me find something else. I ended up successfully finding something in Wilmington. I hope that this was just an isolated occurrence because I had not heard anything bad on Baker before my experience.
Overall good experience. They would not fill up the gas tank, but they did clean it up nice for me. They also took the time to show me the options I inquired about. Good car price, but Doc fee too high.
