When a Loved one is needing medical attention and knows more about their illness then the nurse, there is reason to wonder. When the nurse tells your Loved one they are there because "you are addicted to the knife".... That is just uncalled for and RUDE! When your Loved one is needing something for the pain and she says "just live with it"... WTF!!! This happened here!!!!
I don't know what you are supposed to do in this town if you get sick other than just go home and wait to die! None of the doctors associated with this hospital are accepting new patients. They refer you to local walk-in clinics that are staffed with nurse practitioners who aren't equipped to treat more than a sore throat. Then when you finally break down and are so sick that you decide to go to the ER the waiting room is so full that you have 9-12 year old children in their pajamas sitting in the floor waiting to be seen.
