We had THE BEST service tonight from Chad. He was amazing. We had such a frustrating and stressful evening with our car and Columbia ford. He made up for all of the horrible customer service we received this evening. We know he was doing his job, but it's so nice to know there are good people like him in the world.we will definitely call again the next time we need a tow.

As a business partner at interstate pest management we need rigs to be towed occasionally. When we had a.rig towed just recently Carl's was professionl and courteous beyond my expectations.i.would highly recommend their services and will use them again when it's needed.
The thermostat housing on my Beetle cracked & smoke was poring out everywhere. Getting towed can be a little scary, especially if you're a woman, but my tow truck guy was really friendly and professional. He even let my Frenchie, Angus Kahn, rest in his truck! I asked for a winch from the front end. They ended up winching from rear end and i ended in a ravine. Tow man requested the engine be on and in 4 wheel drive with a driver behind the wheel. Dangerous. Tow truck had to call for 2nd row truck, they had engine on for 2 long by tow drivers instruction it siezed truck engine. They havent given up their insurance policy number yet.. no matter what tow driver tells you never turn on your engine.
