After having an awful late night experience with the earlier tow company (winch broke causing car to fall off the truck) Carl's towing really turned the night around. Marc came out and was very professional and friendly. Ensured nothing would happen to the car throughout the whole process and was very accommodating. He is what all tow-truck drivers should be!
