Took the time to review my condition.
Although I did not see the dr this time around .. for my first visit I did and he was absolutely amazing . Listened to what u had to say about my knees and did some things related with that and just was an all around great person !
The staff was very professional and as a new patient I was checked in under 15 minutes. Dr. Carls was very straight forward and answered all my questions thoroughly. Very pleased with Ms. Heather’s shot and was checked out in no time.
Incredible staff incredible doctor. His specializations are top notch. You won't find a better orthopedic surgeon in my opinion. He's operated on me five times fixed every one of my issues.
Dr Carls is an amazing surgeon and he is such a kind & gentle man & so pleasant & he takes time to explain everything to you! He is a great surgeon & great person!!! I highly recommend him.
Easy quick check in, all members of staff I have dealt with display utmost professionalism at the same time really talking and listening to concerns or fears I had. They break it down so I understand. I will eventually need both knees replaced but they are leaving the timeframe up to me. The decision when is up to me. They tell me each visit, ill now when it's my time and until then we will treat with injections, cream, and physical therapy .
