I needed a repair on the holiday weekend, I called Carl's and left a message. They returned my call and were VERY helpful and basically fixed my washer over the phone. THANK YOU

Called Carl's Thursday morning for a refrigerator repair, he could not get anyone out to see me until Tuesday, but let me explain the problem over the phone and gave advice on how to potentially fix the issue! Took his advice and the fridge was back up and running within 24 hours. Thank you so much for your assistance and we will be back for any future appliance repairs and will recommend you to anyone for your outstanding customer service!
The wife and I had some washing machine issues and we thought we had fixed them, but it seemed there were other issues we couldn’t handle. We contacted Carl’s Appliances in Grand Blanc for help. Bob was able to come out a few days later and solve our problem quickly. He was friendly, fast and professional. Great job to the Carl’s team. They will certainly be our “Go To” for any future issues with our appliances. Highly recommended.
