Fire the horrible 'sales woman' who insulted a customer after we've patronized Carl's for may years. All ready to buy a new stove and refrigerator, she was so horrible the staff at the desk kept their heads down. We are shocked.
RecommendedI walked in, had my order done in about 10 minutes. EFFICIENT delivery the next day, on my schedule. clean, careful, polite and gave me some tips on the new amazing washer. Great experience!
Had our refrigerator die on Saturday after grocery shopping. No pressure sales approach but knowledgeable. Couldn't deliver same day so they stayed late so we could get someone with a pickup to help us. Expect to be back as we update the rest of our appliances.

Carl's came out when I had an "appliance emergency". David was courte, got down to business and fixed the problem. These are great people to rely on.
Carl's was able to beat Home Depot and Lowe's prices by hundreds of dollars. We were so happy to find a lower price and shorter turn around time in delivering. A few weeks after our appliances were installed, we had an issue with our Dishwasher and Carl's came out the next day and fixed it for us! The issue was completely our fault and they did not charge us for the service. I am so happy we went to Carls!
Great local company! Service and product knowledge is outstanding!! Big box retailers can’t compete with the level of service you’ll find at Carl’s Appliance.
