Today, we stopped in to purchase parts for a new kitchen aid dishwasher we're having installed Friday. Chuck was exceptionally helpful... and even offered to speak to OUR installer if he had questions. Next time we need to replace or repair an appliance, we're giving Carl Appliance our business! (Wish we purchased our new dishwasher from them to begin with.)
5 stars, great service dumped our crappy front loader washing machine for a speed queen and we love it. You will not get this kind of great service at any big box store.

Today Carl's Appliance saved the day. The men and woman at Carl's are awesome. They penciled me in and repaired my washer. Aaron and Matt were great and I will continue to recommend this company year after year.

Great service along with careful and thorough installers! Threw out my junk front loaders and went with Speed Queen top load. Finally some well built appliances! Carl’s service was so good we went ahead and purchased a new refrigerator when we picked up the washer and dryer!
