Carlos made an appt with us, which he had to reschedule for the next day...no biggie. The next day, he says he's on his way but stuck in traffic. He tells me that he'll be at our location in "20 minutes." That was at 5:11 pm. By 7pm, we determined that he wasn't going to show up. He has yet to call or email explaining his no-show.
