I spoke to Carlos on the phone on Friday afternoon about my job. He arrived promptly that afternoon and had my estimate ready in about 10 minutes. I called back on Saturday and he set my the appointment for Monday at 11am. Monday mornng Carlos and a single new trainee were at my home by 10:45am to remove the mature oak tree.
