Dr. Taboada has been my oncologist since Dr. Kirby retired. He is very kind and caring and I have no complaints about the care I have received.

I couldn't ask for a better, kinder, more compassionate, skilled medical oncologist. I feel fortunate that Dr. Taboada is in charge of my treatment plan.
If I could leave 10 stars, I would! I love everyone at Texas Oncology. Dr. Taboada is so compassionate and patient. Oddly enough, I look forward to my 6 month check ups! Wonderful group of caretakers.

The term “gifted” is too often bestowed on high performing doctors, but that is NOT the case with Carlos Taboada. A radiologist once proclaimed to me that a fellow MD surgeon, a time-tested role model, “should never be allowed to retire.” This phrase more aptly describes Dr Taboada in the field Oncology. My young daughter was diagnosed with a highly aggressive, very treatment-resistant Stage 4 cancer. Death was expected within two-three months. Doctor is very nice and knowledgeable , and explained every question patiently. And the staffs are very friendly and helpful.
I have been a patient of Dr. Taboada for three years. He is a kind and caring Dr. He explains things well and listens to your concerns. He is friendly and easy to talk to. His treatment plan for me continues to work.
