not worth the time – I have been to Carlos' on a few occassions now and have been dissappointed everytime. The service is mediocre, the food--subpar, and the atmosphere--let's just say get rid of the loveboat theme. Go to Gabriel's instead--you'll thank me.
I Always Leave Smiling – Carlos consistently provides a world-class dining experience. Creative, flavorful dishes, flawlessly prepared, changing with the seasons. The menu includes "sure hit" favorites, plus an endless supply of equally wonderful new dishes from Carlos' great kitchen staff.
