Carlos is a very knowledgeable and experienced professional electrician. It was an extremely rare, tricky and strange electrical problem, essentially, the voltage of the house just can't sustain any load of the appliance, even just a microwave, etc. but he patiently troubleshoots it in such a systematic way that he concluded that very likely the issue had something to do with the national grid which is the electricity service provider. Carlos is very professional. Right on time and was very easy to work with. He took his time explaining what's going on with the circuit breaker and also spent time with the hvac technician to figure out the problem.
