Courteous, knowledgeable, quality work.
We had an excellent experience with Carlos. We needed to install new bathroom fans. The old ones were very noisy and improperly installed . After getting incorrect information from a couple of people, Carlos got the job done. He was very thorough and capable. I would definitely recommend him to friends and family.

Arrived on time. Ready to work. Had the materials needed on hand so no need to wait for him to come back with supplies. Worked in a timely manner and the work was completed within an hour. Did not make a mess and cleaned up after himself.
Carlos called immediately, arrived early, finished the work quickly, and left no mess behind.

We are doing condo conversion from 3 family house to condos. Carlos pulled permit and inspected the common meter with City Of Boston. He corrected the old wiring and separated them from the individual electrical meters. We passed the inspection and obtained permit to register the common meter for condos.
