Carlos' professionalism, compassion and overall ability to explain what he was going to do was incredible. I sent an email at 9 p.m. at night saying I had no power and that sparks were coming from the electrical box and 35 mins later Carlos replied saying he could be at my location at 10 a.m. the next morning. Carlos and team were easy to work with and completed the job as promised. He called me right away and came out the same day to check out the problem. I ended up hiring them to install additional ceiling fans other than the original issue I had called about because they were pleasant, helpful and easy to coordinate with.

The labels on my ceiling fan fell off and I was left without knowing which wire was which. Carlos came in and figured it all out and got me power back to my room. I sent out the request at 9pm at night and he called me that night and came out the next morning by 830am. Did good work, was a nice guy. I'll be hiring him again when I install another ceiling fan.
