Dr. Prays seems like an ok guy but I told him that my dad had a long history of substance abuse problems especially with oxycodone and he has continued despite my warning to prescribe oxycodone to my dad on a regular basis which has had a significantly negative impact on my family’s life and my dad’s life. This doctor takes WAY TOO LONG to send orders. My girlfriend has been waiting for over 10 days and counting. The front desk has sent him reminders for 3 straight days and he still has not sent the order. Would NOT recommend
Dr. Prays exemplifies excellence in healthcare, and I am incredibly grateful to have been under his care for the past 2 years. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy provider.
Dr. Prays is a great PCP but his office has changed in the past few years. He no longer replies to messages; non-clinical staff do and they only say you need an appointment regardless of the indication. Previously, Dr. Prays or a nurse would respond. Two non-clinical staff members told me I needed to be seen because I haven’t been seen since 11/2024 but that’s less than a year from today.
