Dr. Prays exemplifies excellence in healthcare, and I am incredibly grateful to have been under his care for the past 2 years. I would highly recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, compassionate, and trustworthy provider.
Dr. Prays is a great PCP but his office has changed in the past few years. He no longer replies to messages; non-clinical staff do and they only say you need an appointment regardless of the indication. Previously, Dr. Prays or a nurse would respond. Two non-clinical staff members told me I needed to be seen because I haven’t been seen since 11/2024 but that’s less than a year from today. Great doctor. Great bedside manner. He listens, and takes the time to explain his advice.
*BEWARE* Save yourself time and frustration at the lack of professionalism and just go elsewhere. Anywhere else, in fact. I was a new patient to Dr. Prays a week and a half ago, and left his office somewhat dazzled by his advice and listening skills. Then the nightmare began, however. He'd wanted me to check my blood sugar every morning, record it and bring that record to my next appointment. I needed a script called in to my pharmacy for blood strips, which he said he'd do.
