Awesome customer service and the carnitas and eggs tastes fantástico !!!!
The service was horrible we sat down and waited at least twenty minutes for anyone to come to our table to get a drink order. Then after that it took forever to order them forever to get our food and when we got the food it was disgusting I've never had steak fajitas with squash and zucchini in it and I hate those vegetables and they didn't tell me it came in those and then the rice was Spanish rice it looked like Rice-A-Roni chicken flavor and the beans I got such a little portion when my daughter got in Enchiladas and they... read more
Living in DP for 8 years now. First visit wasn't that good. Poor food and mediocre service, 8 years later, thinking how good tacos and a margarita sounded, we headed down to Carlos'....two hairs later and NO manager at our table we left and WILL NEVER GO BACK!
I love the warm and friendly atmosphere, seems like a family restaurant. Food is fresh, patio is nice in the evening.

WE STOP ON BY FOR THE FIRST TIME AFTER THE DOHENY BLUES FESTIVAL LAST YEAR AND THE FOOD WAS DELICIOUS SO EVERYTIME WERE DOWN IN DANA POINT WE MAKE SURE TO STOP ON BY THIS IS ONE GREAT PLACE TO HANG OUT ON A SUNDAY AFTERNOON
Carlos is one if the greatest hidden gems via Mexican food in all of South Orange County. the food is great. the staff are amazing, and the new sign out front looks absolutely AMAZING!!!
