RecommendedMy parents ate breakfast every day at Carlos Mexican restaurant! They make the best breakfast burritos and huevos rancheros, my dad‘s favorite! Fantastic atmosphere and the most friendliest staff ever! Over the years I became close to the family, just a wonderful group of people.
Good salsa, good margaritas! Need to go back and try some different dishes.

I have driven by Carlos Mexican Restaurant for decades and kept thinking ‘I have got to try this place one of these days ....’ and finally, a year or so ago, we started coming regularly for their Wednesday Lobster special! Since then, we have come quite regularly and not just on Wednesday’s! Their Chips and Salsa are the BEST anywhere! Add to that, great cocktails (Edward’s fav is the ‘Rose Royce’), and killer entree’s. Best of all, their wait staff are wonderful-friendly, fun and attentive people. Luz is the best ❤️
The crab quesadilla was so tasty. Lots of "real" crab meat inside.
