The baked goods I purchased were excellent!!! Even better was the experience in cake decorating class. I had so much fun and learned so much. I would definitely go to another cake class at Carlo's.
Took your class. We had a lot of fun. A few suggestions: Have a model so your students can have a visual model. Have a water station for class participants. Two hours is a long time without water.
