We are from Charlotte NC and my daughter graduated from the Culinary Institute of America in Hyde Park NY with a degree in baking and pastry. We went to her graduation and went to Carlo's Bakery while in the area. Not disappointed great pastries and the staff was so nice and friendly.
Stopped in at Carlo's on the way home to Maryland after visiting NYC. Picked up a great cake for my daughters 19th bday and cupcakes to bring to Ohio for Christmas. Everything is delicious and it was great seeing the family working hard, putting the live in everything they make
My birthday was monday so we waited to get me carlos and it was well worth the wait. Staff was super friendly and i cant wait to come back

Amazingly no service, patient as the kids literally picked o enof everything! Canolli was best ever!! Not disappointed and very familia feeling!! ❤️

Want an awesome cannoli? Best ever right here. Had the chocolate covered cannoli. Filling is amazing.
Nice shop....really enjoyed walking around town. View of NYC was great! Highly disappointed in what we bought ....the worst was the cupcakes-they were hard and very dry...tasted like they were a few days old.Have had better cupcakes from a grocery store. Fun to visit and say I have been there but, would not recommend buying anything.
