My results for a sleep disorder was severe. The office did not take the time to explain the results until I explained that could not use the machine due to noise and face piece. The staff member then told me that my condition was severe. I should have been notified before trying to push a machine on me so they could get paid. When I called to inquire about my options;, I was told my a staff member named Nicole that there are NO options to the machine. This is is not a true statement.
