I take my mom to Dr. Obregon he has the best bedside manner and he is a personable doctor. He is one of the best doctors she sees!
Dr. Obregon cares.... I've been seeing him for nearly 16 years and truly feel he helped save my life. We interact as doctor patient and after the formalities, talking to Dr. Obregon is like catching up with a friend I haven't seen in six months. I have never felt rushed out of the office or have waited very long for doctor to see me.
Dr Obregon is a very knowledgeable doctor. I trust in his treatment.He has done very well for me.
You will not see the doctor for at least 1.5 hours past your scheduled appointment time. Oh, but he’ll charge you $75 for a late cancellation. I do not respect a doctor who thinks their time is more valuable than the patient’s. Seek care elsewhere if you keep a daily schedule.
I've seen him for over 20 years. He properly diagnosed me and literally saved my life after being misdiagnosed elsewhere twice. He stays on top of latest research and makes changes when needed. I trust him and appreciate that he explains thoroughly and answers all my questions. He manages my care very well and I highly recommend him. His billing department could use improvement but all other staff, nurses, technicians and his partner are great. Dr. Obregon is a rarity today. He is a caring, knowledgeable, and professional man who treats his patients as people and not a cash cow who has walked through the door. He listens intently and explains every little thing to you. If he prescibes a test for you, he makes sure that you understand that there is a definite need and not a whim. My Bride and I have recommended him to anyone that asked about a Pulmonologist. We are blessed that we have him in our lives.
After waiting for an hour and a half because the doctor was late to work. I was sent a bill with a post it note with amount is in collections. Sorry my copay was not paid at the time of service but seriously threatening collections after 30 days for $40.00. I do not even know what to say. Are times that bad for you? Do you need to sink that low for $40.00. The hour and a half I lost waiting for you to come to work cost me a lot more than $40.00 in lost wages. I feel 100% confidence in Dr. Obregon. After a few years now in his care, I HIGHLY recommend him. He is soft spoken which may lead complainers to think that he doesn't care as much as he does. I think he even gets my sense of humor or tries to which is rare with the various doctors that I have encountered.
Dr Obregon is very careful to explain my health condition and explain my treatment. Staff is courteous and friendly. Would highly recommend this doctor.
