Our visit from Carlons today was on time and service tech called ahead to let us know he was enroute 10 to 15 minutes, the service tech completed all the services we required and followed up with me for any additional extinguishers not on the current list and we did have a few we added, can't speak on the past since it seems they had reviews that were not favorable, but today for our company the service was great and professional.

Arrogant, unreliable. There's a good reason why all the reviews are bad for Carlon.
TL:DR. Carlon's over priced, poor and sloppy workmanship, and poor service. I don't know how they stay in business. Carlon's fire was brought on to our project by our GC (another story). They bid $2800 to cap one sprinkler head, separate one head into two, and change 6 other heads to the flush mount heads. It was "a lot of work as we have to cut the drywall all around the changes".
