We recently hired Carlon to replace our roof. They were chosen in no small part (not the low bid, to be sure) based on their promise to project manage both the roof replacement and the chimney cap replacement. Once the roof job was complete, however, they let me know that they wanted me to deal directly with their concrete contractor. The roof looks good, but I regard this bailing out on completing the project to be a breach of faith.
I had an urgent roofing issue, that was perfectly taken care of by Carlon Roofing today. They were selfless and committed to help me in my time of need... this because their values are what they should be. The ownership of this company is honest, very competent and committed to excellence in customer service.
RecommendedIn selling our home, the buyer's inspection revealed damage to the rooftop vent flashings. Carlon came out the very day I called and made the necessary repairs at a very reasonable price. The quick service helped us get through the inspections and finalize our sale. I highly recommend Carlon Roofing!
Carlon Roofing was very easy to work with and completed the job in one day. I would recommend them and would use them again in the future!
they don't quote "small jobs" they just come out and "fix them". So I guess if you have anything $500 or under they won't come out and do a quote for you. So if you have a small job I wouldn't advise calling them.
