I had a back flow valve put in 30 years ago, by Carlisle Plumbing. I had repairs done on it and a drain jetting service. During the flooding on the west side, (street under water.) All the houses had flooded basements from their floor drains backing up. NOT ME! The back flow valve worked better than it ever had. 10 out of 10 Customer Service and workers were Nice and Friendly.
Amazing customer service by Kyle! Walked me through a complex problem and contacted citizens to coordinate the job. Highly recommend!

We used Carlisle Plumbing in the past to replace our main shutoff valve and we didn't hesitate to call them back when we had water backing up in our basement this year. Arlin put us at ease, answered all of our questions, and did an amazing job of finding and diagnosing the problem and getting roots and a blockage cleared out of our main sewer line. Great company, great people.
