My Dr, surgery and surgical team was nothing but professional, what a great team! Billing is awful! I have been hung up on, put on hold for hours at a time more than once. All I want to do is pay my bill. I have tried a virtual assistant and was given a number to get the same run around and every single time I get put on hold for hours. At this point I will have to drive an hour to pay the bill in person. Frustrating :(
Was told to come in for fasting labs so I was already starving, then one of the front desk ladies disappeared to find a wheelchair instead of calling someone. Now I am waiting forever for something that should be a 10 minute event. The other lady instead of truly checking us in just got names, so now a longer wait. If you expect someone to do fasting Lans they should be able to head right in.
They have been wonderful for both my hip replacement surgery and my daughter’s kidney failure. Their teams are transparent, top of the line and the staff is the best I’ve ever seen.
Great orthopedic group. Great eye surgeons. Superb nursing care.
